Dayne Horne
B. Chiropractic Science / M. Chiropractic
Dayne is our lead Chiropractor at MVP Health, Randwick. Since graduating from Macquarie University in 2018, he has worked in Sydney’s inner Western and Eastern suburbs.
Dayne’s passion for health and injury rehabilitation began at a young age playing rugby league. Over his adolescent years, Dayne sustained multiple injuries, including a severe neck injury at 17. Despite these injuries, Dayne went on to represent his country at the tertiary level in Canada and New Zealand. The rehabilitation of these injuries sparked his interest in the sports medicine and rehabilitation industry. Today Dayne continues to be involved with sports, working alongside Macquarie University as their national events Chiropractor.
Dayne strongly advocates a holistic approach to his patient's health and recovery. He will incorporate both manual and exercise-based therapy to ensure his patients achieve their most desired outcome: a reduction in pain, improved mobility or posture, a better night’s sleep, less stress and anxiety, or physical performance.
Leading by example, Dayne lives a highly balanced and active lifestyle. If he’s not in the gym, you’ll catch him playing OzTag in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, swimming some laps or watching his beloved Wests Tigers.

Sophie Horne
B. Health Science / M. Physiotherapy
** currently on maternity leave **
Sophie is our lead Physiotherapist at MVP Health, and since graduating from La Trobe University in 2014, her career has catapulted her into various roles across the country and internationally. After working in London, specialising in acute orthopaedics and surgical physiotherapy, Soph moved to Sydney in 2019, where she regained focus in the private practice.
With an interest in sports physiotherapy and having worked at a state and national level for hockey and Australian Rules Football, Soph is a strong advocate for injury prevention measures and active care. After completing her first marathon in 2020 and experiencing a couple of injuries throughout her training, Soph understands what it is like to be in the patient’s shoes. This has only proven beneficial to her knowledge and skills as a Physiotherapist. Although she has a strong passion for sports and post-operative rehabilitation, Soph enjoys interacting with people of all ages, fitness levels and health statuses.
Soph believes in being a product of your philosophy. If she isn’t working, you’ll find her running along the beautiful Sydney coastline, catching a sunrise with a coffee in hand or planning her next holiday!
You’ll find Soph to be an enthusiastic and motivating Physio, determined to achieve optimal outcomes.

Claire Mc Hugh
B. Science / M. Physiotherapy
Majoring in anatomy and graduating with a Masters of Physio was only the beginning of Claire’s colourful career thus far! Joining us all the way from Ireland, Claire completed her junior years in the NHS where she was exposed to a wide range of patients, including spinal cord injuries, ICU and orthopaedics.
Her love for sports rehab and injury prevention was then ignited when Claire experienced her own injuries while playing Gaelic football and Aussie Rules back home. Personal experience with pain and recovery has lead her to chase a career in the private practice world.
Alongside MVP Health, Claire also works as a Physiotherapist at the Prince of Wales Private Hospital, where she attends to orthopaedics, general surgery and the ICU. Having the edge on the medical side of Physio means that Claire is the go to for all things prehab, post-operative and rehabilitation at MVP Health.
Outside of Physio life you may catch Claire in a local yoga class, playing Gaelic football or having a run!!
